Armed Citizen: Restaurant owner fights off pair of robbers

A pair of armed men entered Elicia’s Pizza in St. Louis, Mo. and attempted to rob the restaurant. The owner, a Right-to-Carry permit holder, retrieved a firearm and fired at the criminals, striking one, and prompting them both to flee. The wounded robber did not make it far, and was captured by police a short time later. (KTVI, St. Louis, Mo. 11/02/14)
