Anti-Gun Group Encourages Misuse of 911 System, Police Resources
The unsurprising revelation that their members are obsessed with penises and penis size isn’t the only thing to be gleaned from the Coalition to Stop Gun Violence’s (CSGV) Facebook page. The zealous gun control group is also apparently using social media to encourage the misuse of the 911 system to further their political goals.
The CSGV – formerly known as National Coalition to Ban Handguns (NCBH) – posted the following to their Facebook page: “If you see someone carrying a gun in public and have ANY doubts as to their intentions, call 911. Never put your safety–or the safety of your children and loved ones–at the mercy of weak gun laws that allow individuals to buy and carry guns with little, if any, screening for criminal and/or mental health background.“
Several of their Facebook fans, seemingly struggling to suppress small flashes of independent thought, are assisted by the CSGV in follow-up comments.
One hoplophobic poster, apparently concerned about using up all of their cell phone minutes, says that “the problem with that is that whenever I see someone carrying a gun in public I have doubts about their intentions and my safety.” The gun-ban advocacy group encourages them: “Then call 911. That’s the point.“
Another poster seems to get slightly further in the thought process, nearly glomming on to some genuine common sense. “Has anyone here actually called 911 to report someone with a gun? I have and was told that there is nothing illegal about having a gun and that was the end of the conversation,” she posts. Having no apparent interest in something so petty as the rule of law, CSGV replies that this is an “unacceptable response” and urges the poster to “work up the chain on your next call.” Continue reading
Armed Citizen: Homeowner Fights Off Trio of Home Invaders
A man was at home in Freestone County, Texas, when a group of three home invaders, at least one of whom was armed, forced their way inside the residence through a back door. During the incident, the homeowner suffered a gunshot wound, but at some point was able to retrieve a gun and fire at the criminals; striking one and causing all to flee.
Police found the body of the intruder who was struck by the homeowner’s gunfire just outside the home. The two surviving intruders were captured by police a short time later. The homeowner was taken to a local hospital where he was listed as in critical condition. (KWTX, Waco, Texas, 03/09/15, KXXV, Waco, Texas 03/09/15)

You Carry a Gun? What Are You Afraid Of?
Have you ever heard that question? If you have heard it once, you have probably heard it numerous times. You take a firearm with you when you go out to the movies, mall, or church or when you take the dog for an evening walk. You must be afraid of something. Right?
This is the mentality of many people and it’s an odd one. How does someone come to be in such a condition where the first explanation they jump to is fear? One possibility is that they are so afraid of everyday life that they project that same fear onto others. Wearing a seat belt clearly indicates terror at the prospect of being in a motor vehicle. Safety glasses when using power tools? What are ya, a sissy? And just think of all those millions of young ladies living in perpetual fear as they lug around a can of pepper spray on their keychain. Own a flashlight? Ha! Most people stopped being afraid of the dark at a pretty young age. This type must buy Depends by the truckload.
How does having the tools to protect oneself, one’s family, or those around them equate to cowardice? When a hatchet wielding schizophrenic starts trying to dice up the crowd in your theater, bravery must be to hide in the corner and hope his arm gets tired before he chops his way to your child. When an armed madman starts murdering mall shoppers or movie goers, what is bravery? In their mind it must be to run away from the sounds of violence and hope that someone else who thought to bring a gun shows up to stop the attacker before the body count gets too high. These people are a bad joke. Continue reading
Ulticlip Says They are Bringing Concealed Carry into the 21st Century
(Chicago, IL) Ulticlip was designed out of necessity. There were no viable options on the market that provided ease of carry, concealment, unprecedented holster retention, and versatility in one product. Based on more than a decade of concealed carry experience, Ulticlip sought to address issues concerned with carrying a firearm. Ulticlip has met that need!
Ulticlip’s patent pending design replaces current holster clips, allowing firearm owners to carry with better retention, a smaller footprint for increased concealment, as well as maximum versatility. It can be worn with or without a belt and securely clipped in a backpack or purse. Ulticlip’s design gives the firearm owner options that the standard holster clip has not allowed in the past.
Ulticlip is proudly made in the USA and was brought to market in May of 2015. Ulticlip has acquired the praises of firearm owners from Japan, the Caribbean, South Africa, Europe, and across the USA. Satisfied customers have said, “Why didn’t someone think of this sooner,” and “This is the product that I have been waiting for!” A great product and outstanding customer service is the ultimate goal of Ulticlip.
Randall Darby, a life-long firearm owner, is the president and designer of Ulticlip. He has worked as a full-time Missionary for over 20 years. Randall states, “Exceeding our desire to make a quality product is our vision to make a difference in this world. Ulticlip is a Christian run business. We believe that real change starts in the heart of man. For that reason Ulticlip gives a portion of the profit from each clip sold, to faith-based charities.”

NRA Launches Television Ad Against Bloomberg’s Gun Control Agenda
The National Rifle Association aired its first political ad of the 2016 presidential campaign season during Thursday night’s Republican presidential debate. The 30-second spot targeted gun control advocate and former New York City Mayor Michael Bloomberg and the candidates whom he may back.
The NRA says that this ad is the first step in a multi-phased effort to remind voters of Bloomberg’s disdain for freedom and his agenda to taking away our Second Amendment rights. The gun rights organization is expected to spend around $1 million on the ad, which will run on Fox News, CNN and on local television in Iowa, New Hampshire and Nevada. All three are home to early presidential primaries or caucuses. The ad will also appear digitally in those states as well as South Carolina – another early primary state.
Previous political efforts by the NRA’s political arms (and, by extension, their many members at the polls) have been largely successful and they hope to see more success in defeating anti-gun candidates in the 2016 elections.
